We've been planning something special — and we couldn't imagine celebrating this moment without you. Pack your bags and get ready for sun, sand, and a whole lot of love.

This is going to be more than a wedding. It's a full-on tropical adventure with the people who matter most to us. We think the surprise will be worth it and hope you agree (but oh well if you don't 😜)

Accommodations

No hotel booking required on your end — accommodations for the entire weekend are part of the celebration.

We've got you covered for the full stay: food, drinks, and a place to sleep.

Just focus on getting yourself to the DR — we'll handle everything else!

Flights

Fly into Santo Domingo — Las Américas International Airport (SDQ) to join our group shuttle to the villa.

Once flights into the DR open up (typically 6–9 months out), we'll send you an email with a link to our flight recommendations and a way for you to share your selected flight with us — so we can make sure the shuttle is ready when you land. Book at least 4 months in advance for the best rates.

Need to fly into a different airport? You're welcome to arrange your own transfer — just reach out to us directly and we'll give you the villa address. We're keeping it off the site.

Arrival Day

Land at SDQ, clear customs, and we'll have a group shuttle waiting to take everyone to the villa together.

The drive from SDQ to Cabrera winds through a national park — expect a scenic 3–4 hours before you're pulling up to paradise.

Once you've booked your flight, we'll send a link to share your details so we can time the shuttle pickup perfectly.

Documents Needed

US citizens need a valid passport — make sure it won't expire within 6 months of your travel date.

The airlines will share any additional documentation required during check-in.

Check your passport expiration now — renewal processing can take 8–12 weeks.

What should I bring? ▼

The essentials:

  • Valid passport (required)
  • Tropical-appropriate clothing — light fabrics, sundresses, linen shirts
  • A light layer for evenings (it cools off after dark)
  • Swimwear and sandals
  • Sunscreen and insect repellent
  • Any personal medications

Are kids invited? ▼

Due to limited space at our venue, we are unable to accommodate children. We hope you understand and can still join us!

What currency should I bring? ▼
  • The local currency is the Dominican peso. If you'd like some on hand (say you're extending your stay in the DR), we'd recommend getting pesos from your bank in advance — otherwise you can exchange at the airport on arrival.
  • Off property, USD and credit cards are widely accepted.
  • You won't need any cash at all while on property — everything during the celebration is covered.
Travel insurance recommendations? ▼

We recommend flexibility in your booking (e.g. refundable or airline credit if you cancel your flight) or buying travel insurance from a provider like Allianz.

Is there a registry? ▼

No registry — your presence is the only present we want. Getting to celebrate with you in the DR is the gift. 💙
